What happened?  It's only 3 weeks and I started not feeling good about her.  From now on, I must control on the matters that I voice out.  Do not talk when people did not ask you to.  Do not make any suggestion.  Do not ask anything.  Just sit and do your work quietly and pretending to be busy.  I think I am talking too much.   Must always be aware on other peoples.  Not everyone is good.  Be careful on what u want to say.

I am really not happy today.  One last thing, control on tears.  Be strong and show them you can.

1. Blogging with Google Adsense as an income stream. Search engines love blogs and Google even owns What has become very easy to do is create a blog around something that you have an interest in, and then add Google Adsense ads to it.
You spend the majority of your time concentrating on adding valuable content to your blog on a regular basis. Over time you will develop a core group of readers who will follow your blog updates.

Internet marketing as a business opportunity has been around long enough now that many people have failed at it. Much emphasis is put on praising people who are making a lot of money on the Internet and that is rightly deserved.

However you may find yourself in a position where your Internet business failed and you are considering whether to give it another shot. In this article I want to talk about a few reasons why re-starting your Internet business now would be a good idea.

1. Making money on the Internet has never been easier. There are so many opportunities available that anyone can make money if they learn how.
The primary thing you must learn how to do is drive traffic to a website or blog. If you're willing to master this skill you can make money in just about any opportunity you choose.

2. Training on how to make money on the Internet is readily available. Quality training can be purchased for a price and that price is more affordable than it used to be.
Social networking makes it possible for you to meet other people and learn from them much quicker than you could have in the past. There are many discussion forums where you can go ask questions and receive free training as well.

3. Affiliate marketing programs are at an all-time high. Selling products for other people and getting paid to do it is a fantastic way to make money online. Affiliate products can be added to virtually any Internet business.

4. Niche marketing is a form of affiliate marketing that is helping average people earned above-average incomes. This is a great way to create a targeted stream of traffic and get paid for providing quality information and products on a specific niche.

5. The economy is not doing anybody any favors right now. As a matter of fact many people are losing their jobs and are on the brink of financial disaster.
Whether you are in a financial crisis of your own or not restarting your Internet business now is a good idea because nothing in the future is certain. The company you work for today may be out of business tomorrow. Can you really afford to take the chance of not creating an Internet income?

5 Frequently Asked Questions About Paid Online Surveys

Paid online surveys are just one of the many ways you can go about making money on the internet. While there is much skepticism behind this opportunity, it still remains a method for online home business entrepreneurs to pursue earning money. To help you better understand this option, here are five frequently asked questions about online surveys.

1. Is it legitimate?
The number one question asked about paid online surveys is whether it is a legitimate online business opportunity or if it is just a scam. It really is a legitimate opportunity as there are hundreds of market research companies offering incentives just for your opinion. Companies of all sorts have come to these market research companies to get public opinions on their products and they are willing to pay you for these opinions.

2. What do the surveys consist of?
Every day you may fill out a survey on a different topic as they can be on just about anything. Expect to fill out surveys based on food products, entertainment, gardening, and home businesses. While there are sites you can go to that have specific surveys, this does drastically reduce the amount of surveys you can take.

3. How do you get going?
As you look into taking paid online surveys you will find that each company works different from one another. However, they are all run fairly similar. You will first sign up and enter basic information like your age, gender, race, ethnicity, and so on. Then, as a survey becomes available that fits your profile you will be given an invitation to take it. The invitation will include the incentive you get for taking it and a link to the survey.

4. What are the incentives?
As mentioned above, all paid online surveys are going to be different. Therefore, the incentives that are offered vary from site to site. You can expect to receive anything from cash, gift certificates, merchandise, and charity donations. Another popular incentive is points which accumulate over time and can then be cashed in for any of the above offers.

5. Can I get rich?
Everyone on the internet is looking to make money and get rich quick. Unfortunately, taking surveys online is not the way to get rich. You just cannot expect to make all that much money from surveys. Even though, you can make a few hundred dollars every month or two with this online home business opportunity, it is hard to make thousands of dollars every month. At a dollar or two per survey, it is difficult to get rich with this method.

Exercise and Sleep

The amount of physical exercise that you exert during the day is one of the key ingredients to helping you get a good sleep at night. The more active your body is during the day, the more likely you are to relax at night and fall asleep faster.

With regular exercise you'll notice that your quality of sleep is improved and the transition between the cycles and phases of sleep will become smoother and more regular. By keeping up your physical activity during the day, you may find it easier to deal with the stress and worries of your life.

Research and studies indicate that there is a direct correlation between how much we exercise and how we feel afterwards. You should try and increase your physical activity during the day. The goal here is to give your body enough stimulation during the day so that you aren't full of energy at night.

Your body requires a certain amount of physical activity in order to keep functioning in a healthy manner. It is also important to note that you should not be exercising three or four hours before you go to bed.

The ideal exercise time is in the late afternoon or early evening. You want to make sure you expend your physical energy long before it is time for your body to rest and ready itself for sleep.

You should attempt to exercise at least three or four times a week for a period of 30 minutes or so. You can include walking or something simple. If you prefer, you can include strenuous activities such as running as well.

The goal here is to increase your heart rate and strengthen the capacity of your lungs. By adding a regular exercise activity to your daily schedule will help you to improve your overall health and help you emotionally as well. Along with running and walking there are several other physical activities that you can add to your daily life to increase your level of physical activity. If you are battling not sleeping, you'll find aerobic exercise to be the best.

Your goal with exercise is to increase the amount of oxygen that reaches your blood stream. Overall, there are many types of aerobic exercise for you to choose from. The activities include running, biking, using a treadmill, dancing, and jumping rope.

There are some non aerobic exercises that you may find beneficial to help you solve your insomnia problem.

Yoga is an exercise that has a stimulatory effect on your nervous system, especially the brain. Yoga utilizes breathing techniques and yoga postures to increase the blood circulation to the brain, promoting regular and restful sleeping patterns. The regular practice of yoga will help you to relax as well as relieve tension and stress.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient art of breathing and movement that was developed by the Chinese monks. The movements involved are slow and precise, which is ideal if you have joint pains or you are unable to participate in high aerobic exercises. Research has shown that Tai Chi can help with insomnia, a sleep disorder, by promoting relaxation.

If you discover that you don't have any time to exercise on a regular basis, you should try to sneak moments of activity into your schedule. Whenever possible, you should take the stairs instead of the elevator, as little things like that will do wonders for your body.

You should also park your car around the corner and walk that extra block or two to get to your destination. As you may know, there are many small things you can add to increase the activity in your life. Your overall goal here is to have a healthy and well balanced life - with plenty of sleep.

4 Tips To Lessen Pain of Headaches

If you always suffer from headaches for being cooped up in the office all day, you are not alone. Such headache is often accompanied by fatigue and tired eyes which is due more to the office environment than anything else. It makes you lose concentration and interest and you ended up feeling irritable and unproductive. But wait, before you start reaching for that painkiller tablet, try these 4 tips first and see if it helps.

1) More Fresh Air
Most office buildings are air-conditioned where supply of fresh air is poor. The air quality worsens with the chemicals released from the air-conditioning system, air fresheners, insecticides, pesticides and the pollutants already existing in the building. When we breathe in these harmful substances, it's no surprise that we have headaches.

The best way is to open the office windows regularly to let in fresh air, though this is near impossible in most high-rise office buildings. Alternatively, get out of the buildings at times for a breather. We can also help improve the air quality by installing air purifiers or/and filters and ensure regular cleaning and servicing of the air-con system in the offices.

2) Your Eyes Need to Breathe Too
If we overwork our eyes, it could lead to headaches too. This is because the muscles around our eyes get cramps which will stress the optic nerves connecting to our brain. Ideally, after every hour focus at the computer or the documents, we should try to look into a distance from a high place for 5 minutes to give our eyes a break.

If the problem persists, go for a checkup with your optometrist to find out if it is time you need a new pair of spectacles.

3) Mind Your Sitting Position
Many of us may not be aware that a poor sitting posture may hinder blood circulation, thereby causing headaches. As a rule of thumb, always keep the head aligned with the spine, and the wrists straight and aligned with the forearms. That's why our chairs are very important in giving us a good support for our backs to avoid slouching.

Avoid habits that could strain your muscles thereby causing headaches, e.g. we love to grip the phone between our shoulder and ear to talk on the phone while our hands are still on the keyboard. In the long run, we can develop headaches due to prolonged straining of the muscles.

4) Stress is the Killer
Stress, coupled with exhaustion & anxiety, could easily lead to headaches or tension in the neck muscles. Though this is mostly unavoidable in our fast-paced environment, we should somehow learn to "spread out" our stress. We can stop work awhile to crack a joke or two with colleagues, or to enjoy a ten minutes tea break at the pantry. Sometimes, a little distraction does us good.

Take care of your brain

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients> to the brain causing brain degeneration.

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
